PERSONALIZED MENTAL HEALTH CARE

Care That Moves at Your Pace

Your mental health care should feel supportive, not rushed. During your visit, we will take time to understand what you are experiencing, how it is affecting your daily life, and what type of support feels right for you.

Talk Through What You Are Feeling

A private space to discuss anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, ADHD, autism-related concerns, or life challenges.

Understand Your Options

Receive guidance on treatment options, lifestyle support, coping strategies, and medication management when appropriate.

Continue With Support

Follow-up care helps monitor progress, adjust your plan, and make sure you feel supported as your needs change.

You Deserve to Feel More Like You

Mental health care is about more than managing symptoms. It is about helping you feel more steady, more capable, and more connected in your everyday life. With thoughtful support and a personalized approach, care can help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Emotional Balance

Build healthier ways to manage stress, mood changes, and the emotional weight of daily life.

Stronger Daily Functioning

Improve focus, routines, relationships, and the ability to move through each day with more ease.

Long-Term Well-Being

Develop practical tools and lasting support that help you feel grounded, resilient, and empowered.

A Whole-Person Approach
to Mental Health

Sometimes what feels like a mental health concern actually begins in the body. Anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, and mood changes can all be shaped by physical factors that are easy to overlook. Looking at these underlying contributors – not just the symptoms – is central to how we help you feel better.

Vitamin & Nutrient Deficiencies

Low levels of vitamin D, B12, iron, and other nutrients can contribute to fatigue, low mood, and trouble concentrating.

Hormonal Imbalances

Thyroid and other hormone shifts can drive anxiety, depression, and noticeable changes in mood.

Gut Health

The gut and brain are closely connected, so digestive imbalances can affect mood, focus, and emotional well-being.

Nutrition

Daily food choices influence energy, blood sugar, and brain function — all of which shape how you feel.

Sleep Quality

Poor or disrupted sleep can intensify anxiety, brain fog, irritability, and low mood.

Chronic Medical Conditions

Ongoing conditions and inflammation can contribute to fatigue, low mood, and cognitive changes.

PHARMACOGENETIC TESTING

Personalized Mental Health Treatment

Mental health treatment is not one-size-fits-all. When appropriate, pharmacogenetic testing, including GeneSight® testing, may help show how your body may process certain psychiatric medications.

This can provide added guidance when selecting medications for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.

Genetic testing is only one part of treatment, but it can help support a more personalized medication plan and reduce the trial-and-error approach.

Medication Insight

Understand how your body may metabolize certain medications.

More Personalized Planning

Provides guidance to help inform more tailored treatment decisions.

Less Trial and Error

May help reduce unnecessary side effects or delays in finding what works.

A safe place to be yourself

LGBTQ+ Affirming
Mental Health Care

Finding a mental health provider who feels safe, supportive, and genuinely accepting can make all the difference.

We provide affirming mental health care for LGBTQ+ individuals in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, identity-related challenges, or simply looking for a provider who respects and understands your experiences, my goal is to help you feel heard and supported.

You do not need to explain or defend who you are here. My focus is on understanding your unique experiences and partnering with you to develop a treatment plan that supports your mental and emotional well-being.

Everyone deserves compassionate, respectful healthcare, and LGBTQ+ patients are always welcome.
